The Parks at Carolina Forest is a super new build community in the Carolina Forest area. Like all homes, it’s important to have newly built homes inspected thoroughly for any issues the builder might have missed or any defects the home might have. Being newly built doesn’t mean there aren’t any mistakes so when you’re ready to have your new home in The Parks inspected, call Bridgewater Home Watch at 843.903.HOME (4663). We also include an infrared thermal scan of the home as part of your inspection at no extra cost to you!
